As far as our organisation is concerned, there are a lot of things that work differently for us, because we don’t have any offices. We are on the road 4 to 5 days a week – and as soon as the customer reaches for the red telephone, we are on the spot at the customer’s premises. Or to the green one. The rest of the time we work in the home office – we are so well connected via collaboration tools that all disturbing processes have gone overboard.
We know, of course, that no one has mastered all these technologies down to the last byte. You know some of them well and can learn others quickly? Then everything will be fine for us. The main thing is that you will quickly find a solution to even the most complex problems and that you are keen to bring new input tu us. In addition, you should rather sit in the driver’s seat than in a simple office chair – visits to our customers are the be-all and end-all.
