The data speaks for itself: according to the Boston Consulting Group, around 70% of digital transformation projects fail to achieve their desired results. In addition, analyses by Oxford University and McKinsey show that large IT projects struggle with an average budget overrun of around 55%.<\/p>\n<p>Why is this? The reasons are often less technical in nature.
