Four exciting team events in D\u00fcsseldorf and Stuttgart<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20″][vc_column_text css=””]Collaboration and team spirit are at the heart of TEAL – not only in everyday life, but also at our regular team events. In 2024, we once again organized four events in D\u00fcsseldorf and Stuttgart, where we already have offices. The events not only offer our team space for personal exchange, but also for creative brainstorming and further development.<\/p>\n

From strategic workshops and interactive team-building activities to relaxed evenings focusing on collaboration – the events were a great success, just like in previous years. Focus on product development: \u201cTiering\u201d for more IT security<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20″][vc_column_text css=””]Another highlight was the continuous development of our internal products.<\/p>\n

\nWe are particularly proud of our \u201cActive Directory Tiering\u201d asset, which helps companies to categorize and secure IT resources in a meaningful way.<\/p>\n

Tiering allows customers to better assess the security of their systems while keeping costs under control by prioritizing actions where they add the most value. We have incorporated feedback from our customers directly into further development, making the asset even more practice-oriented. Our goal is to help companies defend against cyber threats even more effectively – and tiering plays a key role in this.<\/p>\n

Strategic expansion of our sales strategy<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20″][vc_column_text css=””]2024 was also the year in which we laid the foundations for a more comprehensive market presence. With the support of an external service provider, we further professionalized our sales strategy. The aim was not only to strengthen existing customer relationships, but also to tap into new markets and offer our services in an even more targeted manner.<\/p>\n

Working with experts enabled us to integrate innovative approaches to customer acquisition and take our processes to a new level. This step enables us to offer our customers even more efficient solutions and develop customized services that meet today’s IT security requirements and act in accordance with the applicable recommendations of standards such as the BSI.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”50″][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Presence at major IT trade fairs: secIT and it-sa<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10″][vc_column_text css=””]Our participation in leading IT security trade fairs was another highlight of the year. it-sa 2024 in Nuremberg – Europe’s largest trade fair for IT security – provided us with the ideal platform to present our expertise and solutions in the area of \u201cResilience through system hardening\u201d and the Teal Health Check. The main focus here was on our approaches to strengthening IT infrastructures and defending against modern cyber threats.<\/p>\n

In particular, the exchange with other experts and the many discussions with trade fair visitors showed us how great the need for innovative security solutions is. Our stand attracted numerous trade visitors who were interested in our customized solutions for system hardening.<\/p>\n

secIT 2024 in Hanover (our first major trade fair) in Hanover was also a great success. This trade fair, which is regarded as a meeting place for decision-makers in the IT security sector, provided us with an ideal opportunity to showcase our expertise. In addition to our exhibition stand, our deep dive session on current challenges in cyber security, system hardening and our practice-oriented solutions took center stage. secIT was also a place where we were able to forge valuable partnerships and further consolidate our position as an expert company in the IT security industry.<\/p>\n

The topic of cloud security was also in focus. For example, we took part in the Cloud Identity Summit. The summit is a meeting place for leading cloud security experts and a real insider tip for exchanging ideas with cloud enthusiasts from all over the world. Our decision to become a Prevention Partner 2025 of the German Police Union (GdP)<\/strong> was a particularly important milestone. The GdP has been involved in prevention work for years and has now increased its focus on the topic of cybercrime. Together with the \u201cPolizei Dein Partner\u201d initiative, which is managed by Verlag Deutsche Polizeiliteratur GmbH, we want to better protect companies from cyber attacks.<\/p>\n

Our aim is to contribute our expertise in the field of cybersecurity and to educate companies and the general public about the risks and preventive measures in the area of cybercrime. This will be done in both print and online formats. Together with this experienced partner, we can optimally complement our expertise in the field of security concepts and develop innovative solutions that meet the specific requirements of our customers.<\/p>\n

HVS<\/a> stands for expertise and quality in the security industry, and the cooperation has enabled us to set new standards in the development and implementation of customized security strategies. Especially in projects that require sophisticated IT infrastructures, the cooperation has proven to be extremely valuable.<\/p>\n

Further training and certification: expertise at the cutting edge<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10″][vc_column_text css=””]At TEAL, we attach great importance to ensuring that our team is always up to date with the latest technology and security standards. For this reason, several of our colleagues have undergone further training in order to be able to offer our customers even more comprehensive and up-to-date expertise.<\/p>\n

One example of this is our certification in ITIL\u00ae 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)<\/strong>, a globally recognized framework for IT service management. This training enables us to make our customers’ IT processes even more efficient and provide them with the best possible support in optimizing their service management strategies.<\/p>\n

Another training course was the Entra ID (Azure AD) training<\/strong>, which some of our colleagues completed in a three-day workshop. This training focused on the security aspects of Microsoft Entra ID and the Azure platform. To gain deeper insights in this area, we organized a specialized on-site training at our office in Stuttgart. Our colleagues gained in-depth knowledge of the Entra ID (Azure AD) offensive and Hybrid AD Security.<\/p>\n
