15 Apr Two years of TEAL: We are different – we grow fast – we are successful – it is fun!
24 months after the foundation of TEAL, it’s time to draw an interim balance and say THANK YOU. Thanks to our customers and thanks to our team. It’s really fun with you!
In the last two years we have implemented exciting and challenging projects with our customers. Trusting and long-term customer relationships with enterprise and DAX groups are the basis of our success. Every day we master interesting technical challenges in large environments. In monthly blog articles we inform about Active Directory Security, DevOps and report about lessons learned from our projects. Have a look: https://www.teal-consulting.de/index.php/blog
Our Microsoft division mainly works on high security environments. One focus here is the protection of Active Directory environments based on Microsoft ESAE. In analysis workshops, we work with our customers to identify suitable target architectures and derive measures to improve the architecture and business processes. If you are interested, please note our next presentation at the AD Summit of the ISH Munich: https://www.ish-muc.com/summit#Active
Our Linux and DevOps division is successfully advising our customers on OpenShift, Satellite and Automation with Jenkins and Ansible Tower. The focus here is on the introduction and further development of OpenShift, automatic systems management processes based on Satellite 6 and the introduction of Ansible and the automation of critical processes in hybrid cloud environments.
Sounds exciting? It is. Our team is growing at an encouraging rate. In the first quarter of 2019, we will break the ten-colleague barrier. And we want much more! Take a look at our current job offers. Join us – it’s worth it!
- Technology Consultant (m/f) Datacenter Technologies – Focus Active Directory Security
- Technology Consultant (m/f) Datacenter Technologies – Focus Microsoft Infrastructure
TEAL continues to take off to a flying start – next level (r)evolution!
We are now igniting the next stage of our growth story. Our recently established back office ensures that our current and future team members are relieved and can concentrate on their exciting projects. IT specialists should focus less on administrative issues and more on innovative customer solutions. At least that’s the way it is with us!
We also want to grow as entrepreneurs and learn from experienced people. That’s why an advisory board will support us in the future to keep our growth stable, healthy and maximally employee-oriented. We are working on an even more flexible working hours model with independent task selection and performance-related pay. The self-organizing working method that already exists is to be further expanded.
Work hard – play hard
The NAKED-TEAL trip, which we started together with our partner YeaHR!, continues. Flexible working, self-chosen benefits and much more have meanwhile become TEAL-DNA.
Beside “work hard” also “play hard” belongs to our philosophy. Regular events and personal meetings allow us to grow together as a TEAL team, even though we are spread all over Germany – TEAL is a virtual consulting company.
We are currently planning an internal hackathon in the 3rd quarter. Location: on the beach. Proven motto “work hard – play hard”. A week in a pleasant climate zone awaits current and future TEAL team members, with cool drinks and delicious food. Are you interested? Then please let us know. Simply contact us at: info@teal-consulting.de .
Conversely, we will continue to let you all participate in our TEAL trip and keep you constantly up to date. Stay tuned!
